SUNDAY BRUNCH
Beginning November 23rd through Memorial Day weekend we will be serving Brunch every Sunday from 11am-2pm. Our buffet style Brunch will include omelets, Brioche French Toast, pancakes, applewood smoked bacon, housemade sausages, homefries, muffins & pastries, assorted salads, chicken, seafood, carving station, chocolate fountain & desserts plus much more.
MONDAY COOKING CLASSES
Take your culinary skills to the next level! Learn to be a “top chef” at home. Chef Lou Rossi will be sharing recipes and tips in a series of interactive cooking classes in a variety of areas. The classes are very hands-on and will include printed and bound recipes. Sample everything that you make and take the rest home. Classes are limited to 14 “culinary students”.
Chef Rossi is a graduate of New England Culinary Institute in Burlington, Vermont and has trained at Castle Hill Inn & Resort in Newport, RI with Chef Jonathan Cambra and at PerSe in Manhattan with Chef Jonathan Benno.
All adult classes are $75 per student. Teen classes are $40 per student.
January 12th ~ 6pm-9pm ~ Comfort Foods
Chef Lou will show you how to take ordinary foods you grew up with and make them into extraordinary dinners. From meatloaf to macaroni & cheese to barbecued pulled pork and more you will love these jazzed up versions of traditional foods.
January 19th (Martin Luther King Day) ~ 1pm-4pm~ Teen Pizza Party
Want to impress your friends with your new dough-throwing skills? Chef Lou will teach you how to make your own dough and add creative toppings. It will include pan pizzas and calzones.
January 19th ~ 6pm-9pm ~Cocktail & Hor D’oeuvre Party
Want to a host a fabulous cocktail party? Joanna will be on hand to teach the art of making the perfect martini & cosmo. Chef Lou will be teaching you how to prepare a variety of stuffed, skewered, filled and topped hor d’oeuvres that can be passed butler style or served as plated appetizers. You will learn how to choose the best variety as well as how much to prepare for any size group.
January 26th ~ 6pm-9pm ~ Superbowl Fever
Host this year’s Superbowl party. Chef Lou will be teaching you how to prepare a buffet suitable for Superbowl Sunday or any casual gathering.
February 2nd ~ Dinner for Two
Just in time for Valentine’s Day! Learn to prepare a romantic four-course dinner for two. Joanna will be on hand to suggest ways to complement each course with the appropriate wine.
February 9th ~ 6pm-9pm ~ On Top of Spaghetti
Learn the Italian art of making homemade pasta. This class will show you how to make homemade gnocchi and ravioli, white and red sauces and focaccia bread.
February 16th (President’s Day) ~ 1pm-4pm ~ Simply Chicken for Teens
Learn the many ways to cook chicken- roasting, grilling, sautéing & frying- and dress it up with sauces and marinates.
February 16th ~ 6pm-9pm ~ Soups & Sauces
Learn to make a variety of soups and sauces from simple to gourmet.

We are now accepting reservations for New Year’s Eve from 5pm-10pm. Click HERE for our prix-fixe New Year’s Eve menu. Betsy Listenfelt will be performing in the Legacy Lounge from 7:30pm to 12:30am.

Wine Tastings
Wine is one of life’s little pleasures that can turn even the most mundane of occasions into a celebration. Gather all your friends for a fun night out! Joanna Rossi will be hosting a series of wine tastings that will include 5 wines- a champagne, 2 white wines and 2 red wines- plus a fruit & cheese display and passed hor d’oeuvres. She will provide taster notes for all her selections as well as suggestions for pairing the wines with food. $25 per person

Chile is now the fifth largest exporter of wines to the United States. The climate is midway between California and France. The number of wineries has grown from 12 in 1995 to over 70 in 2005. In little more than a decade Chile has surged in growth and popularity, and is currently producing excellent wines that generally represent fantastic values.
