Executive Chef Lou Rossi, a 2004 graduate of New England Culinary Institute in Burlington Vermont, has enjoyed cooking since he can remember. After graduation Lou worked at notable establishments- Thomas Kelleher’s PerSe in New York City and Castle Hill in Newport, RI before opening Lou’s Legacy in Wrentham and then a year later returning to his parent’s former restaurant- Rossi’s in Millis. The Northern Italian menu combines both traditional & contemporary specialties using only the highest quality & freshest seasonal ingredients.
